I'm homeschooled and my parents were talking to me about going to a school (I would say real school but homeschooling is real). They are not making me go, it's my choice. There is a really nice school near me where you can choose what you want to do and how long to be there, but I am not sure. I am going to an open house for it. I would miss being homeschooled, but I really want to learn more. What do you think I should do?

i am the youngest kid of two and i constantsly feel like my older brother is going to look in my journals! i don't have any precios seceret's in there but it is kind of personal stuff!i have tried hiding them but i've found him searching for them in my room! i've told my mom but she said that just what older brothers do and that she'll keep an eye out for him! he's not stopping and i don't want him telling anything personal about me to his or my friends if he does get a hold of a journal! I know, my sister does the same thing. What I do is I have a box which I put my diary in + all my other special things and I hide it in one of my dresser drawers. And then I lock it and hide the key in a box like then I hide the box under my6 bed. So just hide it inj the most weird place that your brother would never expect to find it. Maybe in your dirty clothes hamper?

What do you mean by calling your friend "violent"? Has she hurt you in the past? Has she bullied you? Anytime that you're afraid of a friend, get an adult involved *right away*. Tell your parents about this friend, why she scares you, and that she keeps bothering you. Ask your parents to help you; they may be willing to talk to this girl's parents or help you screen your calls so you don't have to talk to her. It's NEVER OK for someone to harass or bully you.

If your friend has depression, she needs help. You've done the right thing by encouraging her to tell her mom. If she won't tell an adult on her own, you may have to do it for her. I'm sorry if this isn't great help, but just talk to your Mom about it. Moms can make help go a very, very long way! I don't think it's a very good idea to talk to your teacher about it. She may be very incredibly Christian and into religious matters a little to far, but you can not stop her from believing what she does. Just ignore her. You might also consider talking to the principal. She or he might want to know about this because after all, it is one of her own employees and may take interest in your matter. She probably would not like knowing that was going on in your classroom!

I can understand why you're protective of something you worked so hard on. Unfortunately, we're not to do anything on the site right now that guarantees that girls won't share your story. However, you DO keep the copyright to everything you post on New Moon Girls (meaning it doesn't belong to New Moon or anyone else online just because you post it here). Although it's scary to think of someone stealing your story, many people post their writing online all the time, getting lots of fans and building community, and rarely has someone stolen a story online. To be safe, you could post your story for a week or so to get feedback, then take it down and make it "private" in your stuff so it's not up constantly. I hope this helps! Love,
